The City of Perth boasts over nine hundred specialty shops, with more than enough to offer the avid shopper. David Jones, Myer and Target, Perth City s major department stores are complemented by boutiques which specializes in everything you can possibly think of, from eveningwear to specialist teas, you name it, they have it. David Jones in particular, has even added an extra lure to Perth s shopping scene with a gourmet food hall located on its lower floor.

The West End for another, situated right in the heart of the heritage streetscape of King Street, is fast becoming reputed as the area to go to for shopping sophisticates and adventurers. West End is the place for you if the latest in Australian of foreign fashion, home design or unique artwork is what tickles your fancy.
Hay Street on the other hand is worth a quick visit to pack up on gear for your next foray into the wild with their profusion of stores specializing in outdoor adventure kits.
If you are looking for souvenirs to take home to your friends, most souvenir shops can be found in Barrack Street and the Hay Street Mall. Aboriginal and modern art as well as specialist craft can be found around King Street and the west end of Hay Street.
And then of course there is the Garden City Shopping Centre with its light, airy and elegant atmosphere.
